Refund Policy

1. Scope

Governs all design services on cheerydesigns.com.

2. Full Refund

Within 48 hours of purchase if no design work has commenced. Email hola@cheerydesigns.com.

3. Partial Refund

If design work has started, refund for phases not yet begun. Discovery/wireframe phase completed = 30% retained. Design phase completed = 60% retained. Development started = 80% retained.

4. Quality Guarantee

If you are genuinely unhappy with the final design after all included revision rounds, we offer one additional free revision round before considering refund.

5. Processing

5–10 business days to original payment method.
